NWX Consorcio is a service operated by NWX Invest LLC ("NWX", "we", "us", or "our"). This policy applies to the NWX Consorcio web application at https://app.nwxconsorcio.com and to our mobile applications available through app stores.

• Financial and transaction data: installment values, receipts, payment confirmations, and limited payment details processed by our payment partners. We do not store full card numbers.

We use the information described above to:

• create and maintain your account, authenticate users, and provide the Services;
• process payments, issue receipts, and manage consorcio proposals and quotas;
